Nuisances Detrimental to Health
Chapter 25, Section 25-1-2
No building, vehicle, structure, receptacle, yard, lot, premise, or part thereof shall be made, used, kept, maintained or operated in the City if such use, keeping, maintaining of any nuisance shall be dangerous or detrimental to health.
