Refuse/Recycling Containers

All businesses located within the City of Fairview Heights, Illinois shall visually screen and physically cover and enclose all refuse and recyclable collection containers located on the outside of any building on their premises. All refuse and recyclable collection containers shall be kept closed when not being used or emptied and inside the enclosure except when being emptied. Areas around and inside enclosures must be kept clean and free of rubbish/garbage.
