- In-kind sponsorships are available; please contact Ryan Jenkins to discuss
- All requests to be a sponsor must be received by October 1 to allow for production of marketing materials. Any request after that date can be honored with the understanding that the sponsor names may not make it on all marketing materials.
Tree Lighting Booth
The City will supply a 10×10 canopy tent for all participating sponsors. Businesses are encouraged to utilize this opportunity to showcase their products or promote their services in innovative ways. Businesses will need to provide their own table, chairs, etc. for setup within the tent. If power is needed, businesses will need to bring their own generator. Food cannot be cooked within the tent, but food warmers are allowed. A designated cooking area can be accommodated if needed by vendor.
