BID PACKET 01–16 DEMOLITION

The City of Fairview Heights, IL is accepting bids to provide all labor, equipment and material necessary to demolish the structures at 9755 GREENRIDGE HEIGHTS ROAD, FAIRVIEW HEIGHTS, IL.  All bids shall be placed on the bid forms provided, and returned in a sealed envelope with the name and address of the bidder, and marked “FAIRVIEW HEIGHTS BID PACKET 01-16 DEMOLITION” on the front, addressed to the Land Use and Development Department, c/o City Clerk, 10025 Bunkum Road, Fairview Heights, IL 62208.  Any sealed envelope not marked as designated above will not be accepted as a bid.  All bids must be received prior to 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, August 17th and will be opened at that time.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any irregularities in the bidding procedure.
