Description

The City of Fairview Heights, IL is seeking Construction Manager as Advisor Services for the construction of a new Recreation Complex and associated site improvements at 9950 Bunkum Road, Fairview Heights, IL 62208. The total estimated cost for this project is $15,100,000.00.

The City will review qualifications and develop a short list of firms to be interviewed. Five (5) copies of the Bid Qualifications should be submitted.
