Description

SURPLUS VEHICLES:

2009 Ford Crown Victoria with 141,000 miles
2011 Ford Crown Victoria with 115,000 miles
2013 Chevrolet Tahoe   with 128,000 miles

All bids shall be returned on the forms provided, and returned in a sealed envelope with the name and address of the bidder and marked “BID PROPOSAL FOR SURPLUS VEHICLES” on the front, addressed to the Public Works Committee, c/o City Clerk, 10025 Bunkum Road, Fairview Heights, IL 62208.  Any sealed envelope not marked as designated above will not be accepted as a bid.  All bids must be received prior to 3:00 P.M. on May 8th  and will be opened at a public meeting thereafter.  FAXED BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Vehicles may be viewed by calling for an appointment at 618-397-0616, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Bidding documents will be available beginning April 29th, from the City Clerk’s Office, 10025 Bunkum Road, Fairview Heights, IL 62208, between 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
