Bids for Tuck Pointing of the Fairview Heights Municipal Building located at 10025 Bunkum Road, Fairview Heights, IL

Bids documents may be obtained from the office of the architect, EWR, Architects, Inc., 391 Frank Scott Parkway East, Fairview Heights, IL 62208, 618-236-2000, upon receipt of a deposit by cash, check or money order made payable to the Architect, in the amount of $50.00 for one set.  Said deposits will be refunded, if plans and specifications are returned within ten (10) days after bid opening in complete and unmarked condition.

Bids may also be viewed or electronically acquired from Southern Illinois Builders Association, O’Fallon, IL.

This project is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act and Bidders are hereby notified that employees and applicants of the contractor shall not be discriminated against in accordance with Illinois Labor Regulations ans Standards, Refer to Section 00825 of the project manual.
