The City of Fairview Heights, IL is accepting bids for the purchase of a 2016-2107 Track Loader.
All bids shall be returned to the City Clerk’s Office, 10025 Bunkum Road, Fairview Heights, IL 62208. Any sealed envelope not marked as designated above will not be accepted as a bid. All bids must be received prior to Tuesday, December 20, 2016, 2:00 P.M. and will be opened at a public meeting thereafter. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any irregularities in the bidding procedure.
Prior to submission of proposal, the dealer will present a demonstration of their proposed track loader to the City. The proposal submitted shall be for the same track loader as presented to the City and any deviation from that presented will be cause for disqualification. The dealer shall contract the Street Supervisor 618-489-2020 to schedule a demonstration.
