BID NOTICE

The City of Fairview Heights, IL is accepting sealed bids to provide all labor, equipment, and material necessary to demolish the structure at 208 ELVIRA DRIVE, FAIRVIEW HEIGHTS, IL AND RELATED SITE WORK. The bid packet can be viewed on the City Clerk page at www.cofh.org or may be picked up in the lobby of City Hall. All bids shall be placed on the bid forms provided, and must be returned in a sealed envelope and marked “208 ELVIRA DRIVE DEMOLITION BID” on the front, addressed to City of Fairview Heights, Office of the City Clerk, 10025 Bunkum Road, Fairview Heights, IL 62208. Any sealed envelope not marked as designated above will be not accepted as a bid. All proposals must be received prior to 2:00 p.m. on April 30, 2021 and will be opened at that time. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities in the proposal procedure. NO FAX COPIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
