Description

The City of Fairview Heights is accepting a lump sum bid for the construction of the Moody Park Main Pavilion with concession stand enclosure. Work includes demolition of the existing consession building/pavilion structure located at 525 South Ruby Lane, Fairview Heights, IL.

Bids shall be accepted at the City Clerk’s Office, 10025 Bunkum Road, Fairview Heights, IL 62208 until 2:00 P.M. (prevailing time) on February 17, 2017 and publicly read aloud. Sealed bids shall be marked “Bid for Moody Park Main Pavilion.”

Bid documents may also be viewed in the plan room of the Southern Illinois Builders and other plan rooms. Contact the office of the architect for a list of other plan rooms.

Bid documents may be obtained from the office of the architect, EWR Associated, Inc., 391 Frank Scott Parkway East, Fairview Heights, IL 62208, 618-236-2000 upon receipt of a deposit by cash, check or money order made payable to the architect in the amount of $100.00 for one set. Said deposits will be refunded if plans and specifications are returned within ten (10) days after bid opening in complete and unmarked conditions.

Special Requirements

Bidders are required to provide a Bid Security in the form a bid bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount. Bidders are required to complete bid form provided by the owner to include an executed Project Labor Agreement that must be signed and submitted with the Bid Proposal, Refer Section 00825 of the project manual.
