Description

The City of Fairview Heights, IL is accepting bids to provide all labor, equipment and material necessary to construct the project known as “Fire Alarm System, Fairview  Heights Municipal Complex.”  All bid shall be placed on the forms provided and returned in a sealed envelope with the name and address of the bidder, and marked “Fire Alarm System, Fairview Heights, Municipal Complex” on the front, addressed to the Public Works Committee, c/o, City Clerk,10025 Bunkum Road, Fairview Heights, IL.  Any sealed envelope not marked as designated above will not be accepted as a bid.  All bids must be received prior to 2:00 P.M., Thursday, November 30, 2017, and will be oped at that time.  The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any irregularities in the bidding procedure.

Bidding documents may be obtained at the office of the City Clerk, 10025 Bunkum Road, Fairview Heights, IL after 8:30 a.m., Monday November 6, 2017, during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. A $25.00 per set refundable deposit, payable to Woolpert, Inc., is required for each set with a two set maximum per contractor. Additional copies may be obtained from Snow Printing Company at the contractor's expense.
