Bids shall be placed on forms provided and returned in a sealed envelope with the name and address of the bidder and marked "HOLLANDIA DRIVE DRAINAGE AND SEWER IMPROVEMENTS on the front. Bid documents may be obtained from the City Clerk's Office, 10025 Bunkum Road, Fairview Heights, IL 62208 beginning on Monday, August 13th from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Special Requirements

All contractors interested in bidding this project MUST be prequalified with IDOT and will be required to submit a CERTIFICATE OF ELIGIBILITY prior to receiving bidding documents. The contractor awarded the project will be required to adhere to the PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT between the City of Fairview Heights and the Southwestern Illinois Building & Construction Trades Council.
