All contractors interested in bidding this project MUST be pre-qualified with IDOT and will be required to submit a CERTIFICATE OF ELIGIBILITY prior to receiving bidding documents. The contractor awarded the project will be required to adhere to the PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT between the City of Fairview Heights and the Southwestern Illinois Building & Construction Trades Council.
