Full Building Permit Application

Please submit this form through MyGov following the steps below:

1. Open a web browser and navigate to https://public.mygov.us/fairviewheights_il
2. Click the “Create Account” link, found in the top right corner of the page
3. Enter your name and email, create a password. Agree to the terms and click “Validate Email”
4. A one time code will be sent to the email address that was used to register. Click “Validate Email Address” in the body of the email that was received
5. Fill out the additional details requested and submit the form
6. Click the “Get Started” button
7. Next, click “Make New Request” in the upper left corner
8. Select the Building Department, then search for whichever permit or inspection you are seeking
9. Complete the required fields, sign, and then click “Request Project”
10. Your request will be submitted to the Land Use Department for review

Please keep an eye out for email communications from no-reply@web.mygov.us. Payment information and application updates will be sent via this email address. If you do not receive an email notification after applying for a permit, check your SPAM/junk folder
