Discharging Polluting Substances

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to connect or cause to be connected, any drain carrying or to carry any toilet, sink, basement, septic tank, cesspool, industrial waste, or any fixture or device discharging polluting substances to any storm water sewer or drain in the City.
