Specific Nuisances Enumerated
Chapter 25, Section 25-1-1
It is hereby declared to be a nuisance and to be against the health, peace and comfort of the City, for any person, firm or corporation within the limits of the City to permit the nuisances listed in Section 25-1-1 (A) thru (U); but the enumeration of the aforementioned nuisances shall not be deemed to be exclusive.
